TDX Is Currently Unavailable During a Scheduled Upgrade

 

TeamDynamix (TDX), the University’s IT Service Management platform, is currently unavailable while the vendor performs an upgrade starting on Friday, May 10, at 11:59 p.m., through Saturday, May 11, at 4 a.m.

As a result, TDX ticketing used by the Technology Help Desk and other departmental help desks is offline. However, the Technology Help Desk remains available via phone at +1-412-624-HELP (4357) throughout the maintenance period. In addition, the IT Services Portal (services.pitt.edu), Knowledge Base, and TDX project management are unavailable during the maintenance period.

The system will be returned to service earlier if work is completed ahead of schedule. Please refer to our IT Service Status dashboard for additional details.
